All human beings are biological and social beings. Biological processes, stimulate children’s physical development, coordination and strength gradually improved so that they can feed themselves and walk. Although these biological evolution is happening, children are talked to and handled by caregivers who provide them with food and protect them from physical harm. These social interactions with the caregiver are essential for normal development.

In some studies, these children must have social contacts with physical care and support them to develop normally. That the institutional children who have received adequate physical care such as food, cloth, clean bedding, adequate toilet facilities and much more. However, do not care to handle and cuddle or talk to them, not only lagging behind other children their age in their intellectual development but also suffered impaired physical health, obviously because of the lack of social contacts. These studies suggest that we should examine more closely the role of nurture or socialization in human development and the role or nature, or biological processes.
