You can not think of barbeque as a top choice on a night like this, but we had a great time. I had heard about how good Blue Smoke should be, and something of a southern girl I had an interest in controlling it. They have a NYC Restaurant special this week, I was immediately sold. Must be a solid jazz bar is also there, although we do. Reservations are made, but we have demonstrated wait. 45 min wait or so, and the “blood-orange margarita” made to wait in quality, but not many (small for a margarita). Is very tasty. The place was packed and the bar is full, but we have by chatting for a while.
Eventually we were in a great position and view the restaurant week menu. In the end, I have not even to the menu, because I saw got pork dishes on the menu. The pulled pork is awesome, a huge pile of (not sure how anyone can finish dishes) on top of a slice of sourdough bread, some of the delicious baked beans and some vegetables.
